For the past twelve years COEBA has hosted exhibitors from many of the great Christian organizations, Bible colleges and ministries in America.  These have recognized that the COEBA audience is one of the most diverse of any large Fundamental Baptist gathering anywhere.
 

If your organization would like to exhibit at the 2007 conference, or are unable to exhibit but would like to include a brochure in the 1,000 information packets distributed at the conference, please download, print, complete and return the Exhibitor agreement and Exhibitor reservation forms [ pdf] by Friday, June 8th, 2007Exhibitors can review the exhibitor agreement below.

Exhibitor Agreement
  • 1.   Location of Exhibits 
    • All exhibits will be at the Institute Conference Center where morning and evening sessions will be held. Projected total attendance is approximately 1,000.  
       

    2.   Provisions

    • Each exhibit will be provided with space that measures approximately 9'x5'. The space will include an 8" table, two chairs and a table cover.
      Those with exhibits that cannot be confined to the allotted space will be required to purchase additional space.

    3.   Reservations

    • While space is allocated on a first reserved, first served basis, COEBA staff will ultimately determine exhibitor location.

    • Please return a completed 2007 Exhibitor Reservation Form with payment to reserve space. Upon receipt of your reservation form and payment, reservations will be confirmed via E-mail or phone. FRIDAY, JUNE 15, 2007, is the last day to request a refund.

    • Brochures for insertion in the conference registration packets and all correspondence should be sent to:

      4.   Shipment, Set-Up and Disassembling of Materials

      • If needed, materials or displays for your exhibit should be sent to the hotel at which your representative will be staying. Materials should NOT be shipped to the Institute Conference Center.
      • Exhibits may be set up after 12:00 PM on Monday, July 2.
      • All exhibits must be disassembled and removed from the Institute Conference Center by 11:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 5. ITEMS CANNOT BE LEFT FOR SHIPPING AFTER THIS DATE.

      5.   Security and Liability

      • The Conference on Evangelizing Black America (COEBA), Crossroads Baptist Church (CBC) and Institute Conference Center (ICC) shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or theft that may occur to the exhibit representative or property for any cause whatsoever prior to, during, or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibit contract. The exhibitor, upon making payment for the space, expressly releases COEBA, CBC and ICC from, and agrees to indemnify the same against any and all claims for such loss, damage, or injury. Exhibitors will be responsible for damage they cause to ICC property.

      6.   Regulations and Policies

      • Hand trucks will not be available.
      • All exhibiting organizations must be fundamentalist and Baptist in philosophy and conviction, thus adhering to the fundamentals of the faith, and being pro-local church.
      • No exhibitor may promote, sell, or take orders for Bible translations other than the King James Version.
      • Organizations with tendencies toward liberalism, modernism, traditionalism and/or neo-evangelicalism are kindly asked not to apply.
      • Smoking is not permitted.
      • We reserve the right to deny or withhold exhibiting privileges for any reason.
    • 7.   Dress Code

      • We would ask that all exhibitors maintain the following conservative dress standards while attending the Conference. 
      • Ladies: dresses/skirts to the bottom of the knee.
      • Men: conservative and neat hair cuts, above the collar..
